The Wind and Solar Energy Equipment Exemption Sales Tax Incentive is a Residential, Agricultural, Commercial, and General Public/Consumer program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Solar Thermal Electric, Solar Thermal Process Heat, Photovoltaic, Wind, Solar Pool Heating, Solar Water Heat, and Solar Space Heat.
