Where Are The New Energy Incentives For 2011?

A recent article from the National Journal: Energy & Environment ponders the future of federal energy incentives as the convene for a new session in January. It states that $7 billion in tax credits and energy grants are due to expire and the end of 2010, so many eyes will be watching our Congress’ next move.
