The Washington Renewable Energy Production Performance-Based Incentive Program is a Residential, Nonprofit, Local Government, Utility, and Commercial program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Solar Thermal Electric, Photovoltaic, Wind, Anaerobic Digestion, and Wind. The program offers up to $5/kWh. The following legislation setup this program: RCW 82.16.110 et seq., SB 6170, SB 6658, and WAC 458-20-273.
