The Value-Added Stock Loan Participation State Loan Program is an Agricultural program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Biomass, Anaerobic Digestion, Photovoltaic, and Wind. The program offers up to $40k to be repaid in 8yrs at 4%. The following legislation set up this program: Minn. Stat. § 41B.046 and Minn. R. 1656.0011 et seq..
