The Commonwealth’s Energy Leasing Program is an Institutional and State Government program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Photovoltaic, Wind, Biomass, Geothermal Electric, Geothermal Heat Pumps, Solar Water Heat, Solar Thermal Electric, CHP/Cogeneration, Other Distributed Generation Technologies, Geothermal Direct-Use, Energy Mgmt. Systems/Building Controls, Caulking/Weather-stripping, Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, Windows, Doors, Siding, Motors, Custom, Equipment Insulation, and Lighting.
