The Utilities District of Western Indiana REMC Residential Energy Efficiency Utility Rebate Program is a Residential program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Lighting, Water Heaters, Heat pumps, Central Air conditioners and Geothermal Heat Pumps.
