The Revolving Loan Fund for Energy Efficiency Projects in School Districts and Political Subdivisions State Loan Program is a Local Government and Schools program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Boilers, Heat pumps, Central Air conditioners, Caulking/Weather-stripping, Building Insulation, Windows, Doors, Custom, Lighting, Chillers, and Furnaces. The program offers up to $250k loans to be repaid in 12yrs. The following legislation set up this program: Utah Code § 53A-20C-101 et seq., HB 351, HB 318 of 2010, and Utah Admin Code R638-3.
