The Ukiah Utilities Photovoltaic Buydown Utility Rebate Program offers residential and construction customer rebates to increase the energy efficiency of the building by installing photovoltaic systems. The rebates are from $7k for residential to $20k for commercial. The modules must be UL certified and be installed by a certified contractor.
