The LoanSTAR Revolving State Loan Program is a Schools, State Government, Hospitals and Local Government program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Boilers, Heat pumps, Central Air conditioners, Heat recovery, Programmable Thermostats, Energy Mgmt. Systems/Building Controls, Building Insulation, Motors, Motor VFDs, Custom/Others pending approval, Led Exit Signs, Lighting, Lighting Controls/Sensors, Chillers, Passive Solar Space Heat, Solar Water Heat, Solar Space Heat, Photovoltaic, Wind, Geothermal Heat Pumps, and Furnaces.
