The City of San Marcos Energy Efficient Home Utility Rebate Program is a Residential program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, Windows, Doors, Room Air Conditioners, Window film; solar film, Heat pumps, and Central Air conditioners.
