The Turlock Irrigation District Residential Energy Efficiency Utility Rebate Program offers residential and construction customer rebates to increase the energy efficiency of the building by installing the following: Sunscreens, Clothes Washers, Refrigerators, Lighting, Comprehensive Measures/Whole Building, Room Air Conditioners, Radiant Barrier, and Whole House Fans.
