The Solar and Wind Energy Personal Tax Credit is a Residential, Multi-Family Residential, and Commercial program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed: Solar Space Heat, Photovoltaics, Solar Water Heat, Wind. The system must be up to 35% of costs. This program was setup by the following legislation: HRS §235-12.5, HB 1464, SB 464, SB 855, SB 3162, and HB 2957.
