The Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) Commercial Energy Efficiency Utility Loan Program gives Commercial, Multi-Family Residential, and Industrial customers loans for energy efficient equipment updates as follows: Processing and Manufacturing Equipment, Refrigerators, Lighting, Heat pumps, Commercial Refrigeration Equipment, and Central Air conditioners.
