The Sangre De Cristo Electric Association Energy Efficiency Credit Utility Rebate Program offer Commercial and Residential customer rebates to increase the energy efficiency of the building with the following updates: Water Heaters, Dishwasher, Refrigerators, Heat pumps, Space Heating, and Clothes Washers.
