The Residential Energy Personal Tax Credit is a Residential program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Refrigerators, Water Heaters, Furnaces, Boilers, Heat pumps, Central Air conditioners, Heat recovery, Duct/Air sealing, Clothes Washers, and Dishwasher. The program offers from $2/kWh for wind to $3/W for photovoltaic. The following legislation set up this program: OAR 330-070-0010 to 330-070-0097, ORS § 315.354 , and ORS § 469.185 et seq..
