The Residential Alternative Energy System Personal Tax Credit is a Residential program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Photovoltaic, Wind, Biomass, Geothermal Heat Pumps, Low-Emission Wood Stoves, Small Hydroelectric, Fuel Cells using Renewable Fuels, Passive Solar Space Heat, Solar Water Heat, and Solar Space Heat.
