The Renewable Energy Personal Tax Credit is a Multi-Family Residential and Residential program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Solar Water Heat, Passive Solar Space Heat, Solar Space Heat, Wind, Geothermal Heat Pumps, Combination Active Solar Space-Heating and Water Heating System, and Photovoltaic.
