The Renewable Energy Systems Exemption Property Tax Incentive is a Residential, Commercial, and Industrial program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Solar Space Heat, Solar Thermal Electric, Solar Thermal Process Heat, Photovoltaic, Landfill Gas, Wind, Biomass, Hydroelectric, Geothermal Electric, Fuel Cells, Geothermal Heat Pumps, Methane Gas, Solar Pool Heating, Geothermal Direct-Use, Passive Solar Space Heat, and Solar Water Heat.
