The Renewable Energy Systems Exemption Property Tax Incentive is an Industrial, Residential, Multi-Family Residential, Agricultural, and Commercial program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Solar Thermal Electric, Solar Thermal Process Heat, Photovoltaic, Landfill Gas, Wind, Biomass, Geothermal Electric, Geothermal Heat Pumps, Municipal Solid Waste, Solar Pool Heating, Anaerobic Digestion, Small Hydroelectric, Fuel Cells using Renewable Fuels, Geothermal Direct-Use, Passive Solar Space Heat, Solar Water Heat, and Solar Space Heat.
