The Puerto Rico Excise Tax Exemption for Farmers is an Agricultural program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Solar Thermal Process Heat, Photovoltaic, Wind, Small Hydroelectric, Solar Water Heat, and Solar Space Heat.
