The Poudre Valley REA Energy Efficiency Utility Rebate Program offer Residential customer rebates to increase the energy efficiency of the building with the following updates: Heat pumps, Clothes Washers, Dishwasher, Water Heaters, Central Air conditioners, Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, Space Heating, and Refrigerators.
