The Small Business Pollution Prevention Assistance Account (PPAA) State Loan Program is a Commercial program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Boilers, Heat pumps, Central Air conditioners, Motors, Processing and Manufacturing Equipment, Custom, Lighting, Chillers, and Furnaces.
