The Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) Alternative and Clean Energy State Loan Program is a Industrial, Nonprofit, Schools, Local Government, Multi-Family Residential, and Commercial program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Dehumidifiers, Ceiling Fan, Water Heaters, Lighting, Lighting Controls/Sensors, Chillers , Furnaces , Boilers, Heat pumps, Central Air conditioners, CHP/Cogeneration, Energy Mgmt. Systems/Building Controls, Comprehensive Measures/Whole Building, Clothes Washers, Dishwasher, Refrigerators, Landfill Gas, Wind, Biomass, Hydroelectric, Geothermal Heat Pumps, Municipal Solid Waste, MSW Must be Waste-to-Energy, Day lighting, Anaerobic Digestion, Small Hydroelectric, Renewable Fuels, Geothermal Direct-Use, Geothermal Electric, and Fuel Cells.
