The Northern Plains Electric Cooperative (EC) Energy Efficient Equipment Utility Rebate Program is an Industrial, Institutional, Residential and Commercial program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Water Heaters, Lighting, Heat pumps, Building Insulation, Motors, Motor VFDs, Clothes Washers, Dishwasher, Geothermal Heat Pumps, and Refrigerators.
