The Energy Conservation Small Project Corporate Tax Credits is a Local Government, State Government, Tribal Government, Agricultural, Institutional, Commercial, Industrial, and Schools program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Solar Water Heat. The program offers 35% of project costs where project cost less than $20k. The following legislation set up this program: ORS § 469B, OAR 330-210-0000 to 330-210-0150 , H.B. 4079 and H.B. 3672.
