Details:

The Energy Conservation Personal Tax Credits is a Local Government, State Government, Tribal Government, Agricultural, Institutional, Commercial, Industrial, and Schools program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Caulking/Weather-stripping, Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, Windows, Doors, Siding, Roofs, Processing and Manufacturing Equipment, Agricultural Equipment, Comprehensive Measures/Whole Building, Custom/Others pending approval, Unspecified Technologies, Evaporative Coolers, Water Heaters, Chillers , Furnaces , Boilers, Heat pumps, Central Air conditioners, and Compressed air. The program offers 35% of project costs. The following legislation set up this program: ORS § 469B, OAR 330-210-0000 to 330-210-0150 , H.B. 4079 and H.B. 3672.
