Details:
The Biomass Producer or Collector Tax Credit is a Biomass Collector, Industrial, and Agricultural program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Anaerobic Digestion, Biodiesel, and Biomass. The program offers from $10 per ton of wastewater bio solids to .90 per bushel for grain crops. The following legislation set up this program: ORS § 469B.403 et seq. and OAR 330-170-0010 to 330-170-0070. For more details use the following links and contact below:
