The Oklahoma City Residential Energy Efficiency Local Loan Program is a Residential program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Refrigerators, Dehumidifiers, Ceiling Fan, Water Heaters, Furnaces , Heat pumps, Central Air conditioners, Compressed air, Programmable Thermostats, Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, Windows, Doors, Roofs, Unspecified Technologies, Whole House Fans, Clothes Washers, and Dishwasher.
