The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) RPS Customer-Sited Tier Regional Performance-Based Incentive Program is a Schools, Local Government, State Government, Multi-Family Residential, Agricultural, Institutional, Commercial, Industrial, and Nonprofit program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Any Prime Mover Which Converts Renewable Biogas to Electricity, Anaerobic Digestion, and Photovoltaic.
