The NV Energy Renewable Generations State Rebate Program is a Nonprofit, Schools, Local Government, State Government, Agricultural, Other Public Buildings, Commercial, and Residential program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Wind, Small Hydroelectric, and Photovoltaic. The program offers up to $2.3/W for a max system size of 1MW. The following legislation set up this program: NRS § 701B.010 et. seq., Senate Bill 358, and LCB File R175-07.
