The Geothermal Heat Pump Personal Tax Credit is a Commercial, Residential, and Agricultural program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Geothermal Heat Pumps. The program offers up to $9k/system or 30% of cost. The following legislation set up this program: N.M. Stat. § 7-2-18.24, HB 375, and NMAC 3.3.32.
