The Advanced Energy Gross Receipts Sales Tax Incentive is an Installer/Contractor, Retail Supplier, Commercial, and Construction program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Geothermal Electric, CHP/Cogeneration, Energy Storage, Solar Thermal Electric, and Photovoltaic. The program offers 100% off sales tax for a 1MW or greater system installation. The following legislation set up this program: N.M. Stat. § 7-9-114.
