The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities Solar Renewable Energy Certificates (SRECs) Performance-Based Incentive is an Industrial, Residential, Nonprofit, Schools, Local Government, State Government, Tribal Government, Federal Government, Agricultural, Institutional, and Commercial program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Photovoltaic. The program offers up to $675/MWh. The following legislation set up this program: N.J. Stat. § 48:3-51 et seq., N.J.A.C. 14:8-1.1 et seq., NJ BPU Solar Transition Board Order, NJ BPU Solar Financing Board Order, and NJ BPU Order, N.J.A.C. 14:8-2.2 and 2.3 (Special Adopted Amendments).
