The New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission (NH PUC) Commercial and Industrial State Rebate Program is a Local Government, State Government, Tribal Government, Federal Government, Multi-Family Residential, Agricultural, Institutional, Commercial, Industrial, Nonprofit, and Schools program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Solar Thermal Process Heat, Photovoltaic, Solar Water Heat, and Solar Space Heat. The program offers up to $50k or 25% of costs. The following legislation set up this program: New Hampshire Statutes § 362-F:10, NH PUC Rule 2500, and NH PUC Order 2515.
