The Lumbee River EMC (LREMC) Residential and Commercial Energy Efficiency Utility Rebate Program is a Commercial and Residential program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Heat pumps, Central Air conditioners, Programmable Thermostats, Refrigerators, Water Heaters and Geothermal Heat Pumps.
