The NC GreenPower Production Performance-Based Incentive is a Nonprofit, Schools, Local Government, State Government, Agricultural, Institutional, Commercial, Industrial, and Residential program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Wind, Biomass, Hydroelectric, Methane, Anaerobic Digestion, Photovoltaic, and Landfill Gas. The program offers from 9cents/kWh for wind up to 10kW to 10cents/kWh for photovoltaic energy produced up to 5kW.
