The NorthWestern Energy (Gas) Residential Energy Efficiency Utility Rebate Program is a Construction, Installer/Contractor, and Residential program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Furnaces, Boilers, Heat recovery, Programmable Thermostats, Building Insulation, Comprehensive Measures/Whole Building, Equipment Insulation, and Water Heaters.
