The Mississippi Clean Energy Initiative Industry Recruitment/Support is an Industrial and Commercial program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Photovoltaic, Wind, Biomass, Hydroelectric, Solar Water Heat, and Solar Thermal Electric. The program offers 100% income, sales, and franchise taxes for 10yrs. The manufactures must have at least $50 million invested with 50 new jobs.
