The Northern Municipal Power Agency Residential Energy Efficiency Utility Rebate Program is a Low-Income Residential and Residential program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Water Heaters, Lighting, Furnaces , Heat pumps, Programmable Thermostats, and Clothes Washers. The program offers up to $10k/yr. The following utilities are participating: Bagley Public Utilities, Baudette Municipal Utilities, Beltrami Electric Cooperative, Clearwater-Polk Electric Cooperative, Fosston Municipal Utilities, Halstad Municipal Utilities, Hawley Public Utilities, North Star Electric Cooperative, PKM Electric Cooperative, Red Lake Electric Cooperative, Red River Valley Cooperative Power, Roseau Electric Cooperative, Roseau Municipal Utilities, City of Stephen Municipal Utilities, Thief River Falls Municipal Utilities, Warren Municipal Utilities, and Wild Rice Electric Cooperative.
