The Missouri River Energy Services (23 Member Cooperatives) Residential Energy Efficiency Utility Rebate Program is a Residential program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Dishwasher, Refrigerators, Dehumidifiers, Water Heaters, Lighting, Heat pumps, Central Air conditioners, Energy Mgmt. Systems/Building Controls, Room Air Conditioners, LED Lighting, Heat Pump Water Heater, Air Handler with ECM, and W Clothes Washers. The program offers from $25 for a ceiling fan to $300 for a heat pump water heater. The cooperative members are as follows: Adrian Public Utilities, Alexandria Light & Power, Barnesville Municipal Utilities, Benson Municipal Utilities, Breckenridge Public Utilities, Detroit Lakes Public Utilities, Elbow Lake Muncipal Electric, Henning Municipal Utilities, Jackson Municipal Utilities, Lake Park Public Utilities, Lakefield Public Utilities, Luverne Municipal Utilities, Madison Municipal Utilities, Marshall Municipal Utilities, Melrose Public Utilities, Moorhead Public Service, Ortonville Municipal Utilities, Sauk Centre Public Utilities, St. James Public Utilities, Staples Water & Light, Wadena Electric & Water Dept., Westbrook Public Utilities, and Worthington Public Utilities.
