The Minnesota Housing Finance Agency’s (MHFA) Fix-up Fund State Loan Program is a Low-Income Residential, Residential, and Multi-Family Residential program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Windows, Roofs, Furnaces, Central Air conditioners, Building Insulation, Comprehensive Measures/Whole Building, Garage Septic, Solar Thermal Electric, Solar Thermal Process Heat, Wind, Other Distributed Generation Technologies, and Photovoltaic.
