The Local Option Energy Improvement Property-Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Financing Program is an Industrial, Residential, Multi-Family Residential, and Commercial program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment, Custom/Others pending approval, Solar Water Heat, Photovoltaic, Geothermal Heat Pumps, Geothermal Direct-Use, Wind, and Geothermal Electric. The program covers program costs. The following legislation set up this program: H.F. 2695, Sec. 3 & 4 and S.F. 3729, Article 7 Sec. 11-19. For more details use the following links and contact below:
