The Energy Revolving Loan Fund Public Entities State Loan Program is a Local Government program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Furnaces, Boilers, Heat pumps, Central Air conditioners, Heat recovery, Programmable Thermostats, Energy Mgmt. Systems/Building Controls, Caulking/Weather-stripping, Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, Windows, Doors, Siding, Roofs, Custom/Others pending approval, Led Exit Signs, Water Heaters, Lighting, Solar Water Heat, Solar Thermal Electric, Solar Thermal Process Heat, Photovoltaic, Wind, Biomass, Geothermal Heat Pumps, Others pending approval, Lighting Controls/Sensors, and Chillers. The program offers up to $2.5 million to be repaid in 6yrs at 3%. The following legislation setup this program: MCL § 460.911 et seq. and E.O. No. 2011-4.
