The Consumers Energy (Electric) Residential Energy Efficiency Utility Rebate Program is a Low-Income Residential, Residential, and Multi-Family Residential program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Central Air conditioners, Programmable Thermostats, Caulking/Weather-stripping, Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, Motor VFDs, Pipe Wrap, Refrigerator Recycling, Mobile Home Belly Insulation in Low Income program, Refrigerators, Equipment Insulation, Lighting, Heat pumps, and Geothermal Heat Pumps.
