The City of Detroit SmartBuildings Detroit Green Fund Local Loan Program is a Local Government, State Government, Multi-Family Residential, Institutional, and Commercial program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Chillers, Furnaces, Boilers, Heat pumps, Central Air conditioners, Heat recovery, Steam-system upgrades, Caulking/Weather-stripping, Building Insulation, Windows, Doors, Roofs, Custom/Others pending approval, Led Exit Signs, and Lighting.
