The Local Option Property Assessed Clean Energy Property-Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Financing Program is a Residential and Commercial program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, Caulking/Weather-stripping, Solar Water Heat, Solar Space Heat, Photovoltaic, Landfill Gas, Wind, Biomass, electric thermal storage systems, Geothermal Direct-Use, Geothermal Heat Pumps.
