The New Generation Energy Community Solar Local Loan Program is a General Public/Consumer program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Solar Thermal Process Heat, Photovoltaic, Wind, Biomass, Hydroelectric, Geothermal Electric, Fuel Cells, Geothermal Heat Pumps, Municipal Solid Waste, Passive Solar Space Heat, Solar Water Heat, Solar Space Heat, Solar and Thermal Electric.
