The Massachusetts DOER Solar Renewable Energy Credits (SRECs) Performance-Based Incentive is a Local Government, State Government, Tribal Government, Federal Government, Agricultural, Institutional, Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Nonprofit, and Schools program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Photovoltaic.
