The Department of Energy Resources (DOER) Green Communities State Grant Program is a Local Government program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Biomass, Hydroelectric, CHP/Cogeneration, Other Distributed Generation Technologies, Solar Water Heat, Solar Space Heat, and Wind.
