Rate Renewable Energy Production (REP) Performance-Based Incentive is an Agricultural, Institutional, Commercial, Nonprofit, Schools, Local Government, State Government, Tribal Government, Industrial, and Residential program for those who have energy efficient measures made with the following: Biomass, Photovoltaic, and Wind. The program offers from $.24/kWh for solar to $.14/kWh for wind. The size of the system is from 20kW to 10MW. The following legislation setup this program: IURC No. E-16 Case 43623.
